Heritage Point was designed around the belief that timeless architecture should evolve with the way families live today.

From the moment of arrival, the home's classic proportions, substantial stonework, cedar-style siding, and welcoming covered porch establish a sense of permanence. Rich wood entry doors, detailed millwork, and carefully layered materials create a home that feels established within its surroundings rather than newly built.

Inside, soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and long sightlines allow natural light to become one of the home's defining architectural features. The heart of the home is a spacious gourmet kitchen designed for both everyday family life and large-scale entertaining, flowing naturally into the great room while maintaining distinct spaces throughout the first floor.
